• Confirm the cooling system’s maintenance schedule and installation requirements.
• Obtain written terms for handpiece servicing and replacement.

During a demonstration, examine the controls and routine maintenance steps as well as the machine’s appearance. If you distribute equipment, ask what diagnostic information your service team can collect before a component is returned.

Use the quotation to prevent later misunderstandings

Separate the machine price from shipping, training, accessories and service. Record the warranty scope and exclusions. If a seller states a handpiece lifetime, ask what conditions and measurement that figure refers to and whether it is a warranty commitment.
